Spoon and Stable

One of the best seats for enjoying a cocktail this summer is perched before the open garage door at Spoon and Stable. These re-imagined cocktails continue to lead the way to great drinking inside the North Loop. It's possible to say, there might not be a single drink on the brunch or the evening cocktails lists that isn't an out-of-the-park winner. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Bradstreet Neighborhood Crafthouse

This already gorgeous neighborhood got a cocktail upgrade when Bradstreet Neighborhood Craftshouse moved in. The remodeled room allows a proper drink backdrop whether enjoying a Manhattan in the dimly lit bar, a sleek sazerac in one of the deep, tall booths or a gimlet on the patio. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Il Foro

The polished glass shimmers inside Il Foro. The bar is in the middle of the room allowing for views of the entire room. The expert cocktail team is ready to mix drinks that complement the stunning surroundings. [Photo by Katie Cannon]

Monello

Monello lured us in with the limoncello on tap, but the entire cocktail list is as beautifully crafted as the stunning plates of food. We wouldn't expect anything else from a bar staff put together by Jesse Held. [Photo by Lauren Schneck, Plaid Penguin, provided by Monello]

Tattersall Distilling

Even though the distillery has only been open for a hot minute, these craftsmen are already churning out new spirits to the lineup available. The intriguingly complex aquavit and gin are now joined by bourbon, cherry liqueur, orange crema and they have only just begun. With the reasonable prices and balanced cocktails, it's no wonder this room and the adjoining patio is full nearly every day of the week. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Saint Dinette

The summer of 2015 belongs to the Watermelon Shrub. Crisp, bright and light, it's a drink that perfectly captures the fleeting season. The cocktail list at Saint Dinette is carefully edited and given just as much care at the restaurant's sister eatery, The Strip Club Meat and Fish. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Four Bells

This sleek eatery from the owners of Butcher and the Boar has a cocktail list to satisfy all drinkers with martinis, slushy punches, sophisticated shots and classics on tap. Get there the minute the doors open to snag one of the coveted bar seats. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Parella

Parella has brought the good drinking days (and nights) back to this corner of Calhoun Square. The sleek white room and cocktail list that isn't afraid to play in the bitter end of the flavor pool make for a pretty background for the modern Uptown scene. [Photo by Joy Summers]

Constantine

The Gothic, sub-level bar houses an ambitious cocktail program. The drink list encompasses new and ambitious (cumin simple syrup), classics and nostalgic revamps like the Treasure Trail aka Fuzzy Navel. There's also the opportunity to drink with Duncan - the mounted Scottish Highland cow lording over the private whisky room.
