Many spots, like Surly, Colossal Cafe, and Red Cow are serving classic spreads of turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, cranberries, and decadent seasonal pies — but Reverie offers a fully vegan menu, and Travail has tossed in potato pavé and a shrimp cocktail.
