Brewer's Table Kitchen at Surly

Brewer’s Table invites you to raise your last glass of 2015 at their fine dining establishment, which hovers gracefully above the mega beer hall that is Surly. Enjoy a five or seven course menu paired with Surly brews, including chestnut soup paired with Witch’s Tour and the tantalizingly named liquid chocolate for dessert, paired with the much-sought-after Darkness.

Choose between Tongue in Cheeks regular a'la carte menu or a special eight course tasting menu. The tasting menus will include a choice of Carnivore or Herbivore, along with an optional beverage pairings for an additional $25. The unique pairing will actually include wine, cocktails or beers.

Smack Shack

Bring your better half or your better buddy and enjoy a special NYE menu for two that will include a three course lobster boil and lots of Champagne. There will also be a midnight raffle drawing with a grand prize of a trip for two to the windy city to celebrate the opening of Smack Shack Chicago.

Ring in 2016 at Borough with a special 5 course menu created by Executive Chef Drew Yancey. Offerings will include an oyster amuse bouche with passionfruit, venison with parsnip, chestnut, wheat Berry, parmesan and red wine, and apricot dessert with champagne, honey and saffron.

Indulge in either a five or seven course meal at Eastside. Five course dinner will include Hamachi crudo, ribeye cap with aligot potato and foie truffle jus along with passionfruit semifredo with dark chocolate, nougatine and champagne foam for dessert. The longer meal adds a third course of chestnut agnolotti with brandied figs and mint and a fifth course of juniper crusted duck breast with duck leg sausage, cranberry gastrique and sage jus.

Travailians are technically on vacay for the holidays, but did you really think they would miss a chance to throw a party? Travail, Rookery and Pig Ate My Pizza are each opening their doors on December 31 with three distinct ways to get your party on. Did you expect any less? Travail Kitchen and the Rookery are offering a chef's tasting menu at 6:00 and 6:20 pm that will include unlimited bubbles and beer. Please note that at 9:00, they will kindly kick you at to make way for the next wave of revelers. At 9:30 pm, there will be a separate, more casual cocktail party with small plates, interactive food stations and self serve buffets. They promise surprises throughout the night. You have been warned.
